Key Responsibilities

• Support daily dairy farm operations, including feeding and caring for cows and calves.
• Handle milking procedures, monitor milk quality, and operate milking equipment efficiently.
• Maintain and clean farm facilities, ensuring a hygienic and safe environment for animals.
• Perform routine maintenance on farm tools and dairy equipment.
• Identify and care for sick or injured livestock, ensuring their wellbeing.
• Operate farm machinery such as tractors, loaders, and feeders for fieldwork and grass care.
• Assist in breeding programs, calf care, and herd health management.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years working on dairy farms, ideally with herds of 300+ cows. International experience is highly valued.
• Education: No formal degree required – your skills and hands-on know-how matter most!
• Skills: Familiarity with dairy operations, milking systems, and general farm work.
• Physical Ability: Good stamina to handle various weather conditions and physically demanding tasks.
• Team Spirit: Ability to follow directions and work well within a collaborative team.
• Bonus: Experience with automated farms, knowledge of animal welfare, calving, and machinery operations.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We welcome candidates with overseas dairy experience, particularly from New Zealand, Japan, Australia, Canada, or Latin America. Familiarity with modern milking technology is a big plus.
