British Hills, a Victorian-themed hotel and education center nestled 1,000 meters above sea level, is looking for enthusiastic, English-speaking staff to join our vibrant hospitality team.

• Restaurant and dining room service
• Guest experience and concierge roles
• Hotel operations and housekeeping
• Event support and facility coordination

Contract Details & Bonuses

1. Initial term: 6 months (renewable up to 12 months)
2. Contract completion bonus:
3. ¥60,000 after 6 months
4. ¥75,000 bonus for completing a 12-month contract
5. OR opt for 10 days paid vacation if renewing
6. Pay increase to ¥1,200/hour after contract extension
7. 9 scheduled days off per monthly cycle
8. 5 paid leave days during your first 6 months

Requirements

• Valid Working Holiday Visa (ages 18–30)
• Fluent/native-level English (preference to citizens of the UK, Canada, Australia, NZ, and other Commonwealth countries)
• Friendly, positive attitude and customer-focused mindset
• Must be legally eligible to work in Japan
