Position Details

Eligibility Criteria

• We welcome applications from local and international candidates who meet the following requirements:
• Prior experience in a similar supervisory role within a hotel or resort setting
• Proven ability to lead and motivate housekeeping teams effectively
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
• Familiarity with hotel property management systems (OnQ PM experience is a plus)
• Minimum high school diploma; Hotel Management qualifications preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily cleaning operations and inspect guest rooms to ensure top-quality standards
• Conduct spot checks of occupied rooms and report maintenance issues
• Provide training and support to housekeeping staff to maintain consistent performance
• Oversee inventory, supplies, and housekeeping equipment maintenance
• Uphold Hilton brand standards and ensure compliance at all times
