Role Overview

We’re currently seeking General Farm Workers to support daily agricultural activities on-site. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, don’t mind getting their hands dirty, and are looking for physical, fast-paced work with a team that values effort and dependability.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain crop fields, including soil prep, irrigation, fertilization, and pest control
• Seed, plant, and harvest crops using manual and powered equipment
• Sort, clean, and package produce for delivery and distribution
• Maintain cleanliness of tools, storage areas, and workspaces
• Operate light farm machinery (e.g., tillers, conveyors, harvest tools)
• Comply with safety standards and protocols on the farm
• Assist with routine inspections of crop health and growing conditions

What You Need to Succeed

• Physical stamina: Able to lift 30–50 lbs, bend, kneel, and work for long hours outdoors
• Work ethic: Reliable, responsible, and motivated to meet daily targets
• Team mindset: Ability to collaborate and communicate with supervisors and coworkers
• Adaptability: Willingness to work in changing weather conditions including rain, heat, and wind
• Language: Basic spoken English for safety instructions and team coordination
• Transportation: Own vehicle or reliable commute method to reach job site daily

Preferred but Not Required

• Prior experience in general farm labor, greenhouse, nursery, or crop harvesting
• Familiarity with agricultural tools and basic safety practices
• Understanding of seasonal planting and harvesting cycles
